eRentMe.com is a website which has been designed to address three critical business activities associated with rental properties:
- Presenting basic property information so that a potential renter can learn more about the property,
- Providing a way for owners, managers, and agents to list properties which are available for rent or lease,
and most importantly.......
- Providing a way for potential renters to contact the property's owner/manager/agent
eRentMe.com provides a way for potential renters to review the details of the property before making contact with the property owner/manager/agent. This frees you up from talking to potential renters only to find out that they were "window-shopping". In other words, it frees up your time so that you can be doing more important tasks!
We provide you a low-cost way of advertising your rental property on the internet. You do not have to worry about creating or maintaining a website. We do that for you. Again, you are saving your money, resources, and time.
eRentMe.com provides a "window shopping" environment in which the potential renter can find property that meets their requirements...... and more importantly, it puts them in contact with you. In other words, we help bring to you potential renters who are truly interested in your property.

No, eRentMe.com does not handle the showing of properties. If the potential renter wants to see the property, he or she has the ability through the website to request a showing of the property. This request is sent to your contact's e-mail address. We do not get in the middle or request a finder's fee or a management fee..... You do business just like always....... So the discussions are between you and the potential renter....... just like it should be......
The rates for listing a single unit are:
one (1) week listing $40 one (1) month listing $95 three (3) month listing $135 .... that's only $1.50 per day!!!!
When compared to classified ads costing as much as $70 per day or more in large cities, eRentMe.com is very effective and cost efficient. If you consider the cost to create and maintain your own website, eRentMe.com even becomes a better deal!

Right now there are two main ways. They are:What is the future? We are currently in the process of listing our website with the various Internet search engines. Once completed this will allow potential tenants to find your property via the many internet search tools. Another possible future addition is advertising by eRentMe.com. We are considering mass advertising, but no decision has been made on this type of advertising..... It all depends on the response we have.
- Place an eRentMe.com banner in your window. (See section below about advertising aids.) This is probably the most important advertising you can do! Why? Most people see the property before they ever contact the owner/manager/agent. When they are initially looking for a possible location and drive by your property, they will see the bright, eye-catching eRentMe.com banner. Your specific property reference number and your telephone number will be displayed. Now they have the information they need to either visit our website or call you. To use the website, they just go to eRentMe.com and enter your property number. This will present your property information to them. If you chose, they will also have the ability to send an e-mail to you requesting a showing of the property.
- If you use classified ads or other print media, add the statement

where xxxx is the property reference number that we will assign to your property.
Now when they read your ad, they have all the information they need to visit our website and get information about your property.
Any kind of property that you can rent or lease.... that could be office space, retail space, apartments, houses....... just about anything. I'm sure somebody can come up with some type of property that may be objectionable in nature.... If so...... we'll handle that when and if it ever happens......

We have an on-line submittal system in which you answer a few basic questions about your property and then submit it. Pictures can be included. To submit your property now, just click here.
Yes, an e-mail address is required to list a property. Why? So that we can communicate electronically with you. But that is not the main reason. The main reason is so that potential renters can contact you if they are interesting in a showing of the property. If you don't have an e-mail address, you can get free e-mail at either Yahoo or HotMail. If you are not interested in being contacted by e-mail, we will honor your request to not include your e-mail address in the property listing. Remember..... the property listing can include the contact's phone number........ so potential renters can reach you by the good ole telephone instead of by e-mail.
A banner or a poster to display in your window is available. The banner is approximately 8.5 inches tall by 51 inches long. The poster is approximately 16 inches tall by 21 inches wide. If you have a Windows-based computer, you can print your own banner or poster at no charge. (see below for how to download the banner/poster and, if needed, the software.) However, if you like we can create a banner or poster and ship it to you. The cost for us to create and ship either one is just $9.95 plus shipping and handling and applicable sales tax.

eRentMe.com is not a properties' manager. We do not own or manage rental property. eRentMe.com maintains our website to provide a listing of rental properties. If we receive any inquiries or a request for showing, we will make all possible efforts to forward the request to the e-mail address that the owner/manager/agent has provided.
However, we do have a sister company, TR Properties, LLC, which does own and manages rental property. If you are interested in having TR Properties, LLC manage your property, please visit their website at www.TR-Properties.com
Showings
eRentMe.com is not a properties' manager. We maintain our website to provide listings of available property for rent or lease. We cannot guarantee the property information is correct. We are dependent upon the information provided to us. We also cannot guarantee that the request for a showing will be granted. We will make all possible efforts to forward a showing request to the specific property manager's e-mail address as provided to us. The final scheduling and the actual showing are the responsibility of the specific property manager.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing(Privacy Policy)
eRentMe.com is not in the business of reselling e-mail addresses or other information. We only are providing a website to list rental properties. Of course we collect property information that is required for the listing. This is the information that owners/managers/agents provide to us. If we did not collect this information, how could we display the property listing? However, be assured..... we do not share, sell, or rent this information to others....... except via the property listing that has been requested to be shown on our website.
Advertising
eRentMe.com reserves the right to place advertising banners of interest on our web pages. Currently, we do not have sponsorship or ads...... but we still reserve the right to include advertising banners in the future.
